ISO 20121:2024 is a standard that can be used by an event owner, organiser or the supply chain and it is an example of how standards can be used to enable systems change so we live and work in a way that meets our future needs.

This toolkit is made possible through the support of BSI. BSI began work on ISO 20121 in 2009 when London began to plan the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
